Any damage or breakage to hotel property will be billed at actual cost.
Each guest must present valid photo ID at check-in. A PAN card is not accepted as address proof.
Hotels are subject to availability; if unavailable, a comparable property will be provided.
Monument entry tickets, camera charges, safaris and adventure activities are at your own cost unless specified.
Rajasthan summers are hot — carry light cotton clothing, sunscreen and a hat; winters need light woollens.

Personal expenses and any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are excluded. Alcoholic, aerated or mineral drinks are not included.

If a traveller leaves the trip midway, all expenses from that point are borne by the traveller; no refund applies.
Children above 5 years are considered adults. No charge for children below 5 years.

Cancellations 30+ days before travel: 25% of total tour cost charged.
Cancellations 15–30 days before travel: 50% of total tour cost charged.
Cancellations 0–15 days before travel: 100% of total tour cost charged.
For cancellations due to weather, government restrictions or events beyond human control, alternate feasible options will be provided; a cash refund will not be available.
