Houseboat check-in is usually around noon and check-out the next morning; cruising stops by evening as per government rules.
Each guest must present valid photo ID at check-in. A PAN card is not accepted as address proof.
Hotels/resorts are subject to availability; if unavailable, a comparable property will be provided.
Kerala can be humid and receives monsoon rain (June–September) — carry light cotton clothing and an umbrella.
Park, boat-ride and monument entry tickets are payable directly and are not part of the package.

Personal expenses and any meals not mentioned in the itinerary are excluded.

Cancellations 30+ days before travel: 25% of total tour cost charged.
Cancellations 15–30 days before travel: 50% of total tour cost charged.
Cancellations 0–15 days before travel: 100% of total tour cost charged.
For cancellations due to weather, government restrictions or events beyond human control, alternate feasible options will be provided; a cash refund will not be available.
