Char Dham and hill treks involve high-altitude walking — please ensure good health and medical fitness.
Hill weather is unpredictable; carry woollens, a raincoat and sturdy shoes even in summer.
Each guest must present valid photo ID at check-in. A PAN card is not accepted as address proof.
Hotels are subject to availability; if unavailable, a comparable property will be provided.
Pony / palki / porter and helicopter charges are payable directly and are not part of the package.
Pictures are for representation only.
Nature's Network Tour and Travels reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to weather, landslides, roadblocks or other conditions without changing the total number of days or compromising any service.
Personal expenses and any meals not mentioned in the itinerary are excluded.
Please avoid plastic bags and help maintain the ecological balance of the destinations.
Children above 5 years are considered adults. No charge for children below 5 years.

Cancellations 30+ days before travel: 25% of total tour cost charged.
Cancellations 15–30 days before travel: 50% of total tour cost charged.
Cancellations 0–15 days before travel: 100% of total tour cost charged.
For cancellations due to weather, landslides, government restrictions or events beyond human control, alternate feasible options will be provided; a cash refund will not be available.
